B.Mainly technical parameter:
1. Mitsubishi PLC control, 10 inch touch screen adopted. The dynamic system uses a 3-servo motor drive and is easy to operate. Glass putting methods are general putting and up / down putting.
2. The V-belt can be automatically adjusted to the center position of the glass thickness. The motor drives the ball screw of the reducer to adjust the V-belt. The displacement sensor guides the original point and moves on the liner track.
3. The machine head will automatically rise to the height of the glass. If the glass size is too small, you do not need to raise it. Servomotors drive the reducer with a chain sprocket on the liner track, raising and lowering the machine's head so that the required height can be adjusted accurately.
4. The transport section automatically transports the glass to the center position of the suction cup support. The servomotor drives the reduction gear with a chain sprocket on the liner track, moving the glass to the center of the suction cup.
5. The suction cup support can be automatically adjusted up and down according to the length and width of the glass. When the glass reaches the required position, the assistant bracket moves backwards. Two air cylinders drive the 4-bar linkage to move the active plate back and forth, ensuring parallel synchronization.
6. The suction cup sucks, stretches, stretches your arm to reach the prescribed negative pressure, and the negative pressure gauge has a protective effect, which can prevent the glass from breaking in case of air leakage.
